What do a £52m road in Guyana, rusting solar panels in Zimbabwe and condoms in The Democratic Republic of the Congo have in common?

Following a briefing from journalist Hayley Dixon and the news desk, I wrote the working headline for this piece. This informed the design concept and helped to pull the whole thing together very quickly.

The headline remained largely unchanged except for the additon of ‘in the name of climate aid’. This was added by a publisher.
